Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure efficient stockroom operations and accurate inventory management.
  • Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues promptly with management.
  • Facilitate the timely movement of merchandise, adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
  • Identify and resolve operational problems swiftly and effectively.
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of operations procedures.
  • Submit all 8300 and tax-exempt forms as required.
  • Communicate discrepancies or issues to management immediately.
  • Process repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
  • Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
  • Oversee store cycle counts and scheduled inventories with management support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Work authorization in the United States.

Skills

Proficiency in internal retail systems and shipping software. Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook. Excellent communication skills. Ability to meet physical requirements such as climbing ladders and lifting boxes. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year in an administrative or stock role, ideally within a luxury retail setting.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
