Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee an efficient stockroom and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Facilitate the timely movement of merchandise in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain clear and accurate operational documents for reference.
  • Submit all necessary forms such as 8300 and tax-exempt forms.
  • Communicate discrepancies and issues to management immediately.
  • Process repairs and damages in compliance with company guidelines.
  • Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
  • Order supplies for the office and store as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
  • Oversee store cycle counts and scheduled inventories with management support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Work authorization in the United States.

Skills

Proficiency with internal retail systems and shipping software. Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook. Excellent communication skills. Ability to meet physical requirements such as climbing ladders and lifting boxes.

Experience

A minimum of one year of administrative or stock experience, ideally within a luxury retail environment.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
