Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee an efficient stockroom and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Facilitate the timely movement of merchandise, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
  • Maintain clear and accurate operational documents and procedures.
  • Submit all 8300 and tax-exempt forms as required.
  • Communicate discrepancies or issues to management immediately.
  • Process repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Assist in the physical maintenance of the boutique.
  • Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
  • Oversee store cycle counts and scheduled inventories with management support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Proper work authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Proficiency in internal retail systems and shipping software. Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook. Excellent communication skills. Ability to meet physical requirements such as climbing ladders and lifting boxes.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably within a luxury environment.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
