Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the overall process of product receiving, storage, and movement, including inventory systems.
- Oversee inventory management and loss prevention.
- Order and manage stock of supplies, store stationery, uniforms, and customer-related items.
- Communicate with headquarters and execute projects related to store operations and procedures.
- Coordinate with various store personnel for efficient store operations.
- Support the sales team as needed, including customer product packaging.
- Assist with store events such as renovations, pop-up stores, customer events, and visual merchandising changes.
- Manage internal and external store storage facilities.
- Handle store phone and email communications.
- Collaborate with various departments to maintain high efficiency at the store level.
