Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee the comprehensive management of merchandise including receipt, storage, and movement, as well as related data entry tasks.
• Manage inventory to prevent loss and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Order and manage inventory of supplies, store stationery, uniforms, and customer-related items.
• Facilitate communication and project execution with headquarters regarding store operations and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with store personnel to ensure smooth store operations.
• Support the sales team as needed, including customer product packaging.
• Assist with various in-store events such as renovations, pop-up stores, customer events, and visual merchandising changes.
• Manage internal and external store storage facilities.
• Handle store phone and email communications.
• Collaborate with various departments to maintain high efficiency at the store level.
