Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound merchandise, storage, inter-store transfers and all related system entries.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and implement loss-prevention measures to minimise shrinkage.
  • Order, receive and control consumables, store stationery, uniforms and client-related items.
  • Act as point of contact with headquarters on store operations, compliance with policies and project execution.
  • Coordinate operational communication with in-store teams (sales, visual merchandising, management) to ensure smooth daily functioning.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the sales team (customer packaging, order preparation) when required.
  • Support store events and operational changes including renovations, pop-ups, client events and VM transitions.
  • Oversee internal and external warehouse facilities and stock movements.
  • Handle store telephone and email correspondence related to operations and client service.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to sustain high operational efficiency at store level.

Experience
