Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of retail client development strategies across directly operated stores and outlet locations in Canada.
  • Translate Gucci America's client engagement strategy into store-specific plans to drive sales and client retention.
  • Collaborate with Store Directors, retail leadership, and corporate teams to ensure synergy in client engagement efforts.
  • Analyze client outreach achievements and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement tourist development programs to engage local and international clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with top clients, enhancing their brand experience through personalized interactions.
  • Manage regional client engagement events, coordinating with corporate teams to ensure excellence in execution.
  • Present business performance results related to client development to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of management experience in retail, marketing, special events, hospitality, or consulting.
  • Proven ability in client management and relationship building in a B2B and B2C environment.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Exceptional understanding of the luxury fashion industry. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with CRM systems and business intelligence tools. Strategic planning and analytical skills. Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 60% of the time.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in management roles within retail, marketing, special events, hospitality, or consulting, with a focus on client engagement and relationship management.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
