Luxury Sales Advisor
Gucci is hiring a Client Advisor in Seoul: represent the brand, deliver luxury client service, and drive in‑store sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service throughout the customer buying journey, representing the brand at every touchpoint.
- Present and merchandise the collection according to Gucci visual and brand standards, ensuring product stories and key features are communicated accurately.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and after‑sales service to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by converting traffic, upselling and recommending relevant product assortments.
- Ensure a seamless transaction experience including accurate POS operation, cash handling and adherence to store policies.
- Uphold company values and maintain an exemplary professional appearance and behaviour as the visible face of the brand.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable customer‑centred mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent product knowledge and an eye for style and trends within luxury fashion.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and contribute to a collaborative store environment.
- High personal presentation standards and strict adherence to brand guidelines and retail procedures.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the luxury or premium fashion sector, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or tertiary study in fashion, retail or related fields is advantageous.
