Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager/Director in implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Act as Store Manager when necessary to maintain seamless store functionality.
  • Oversee sales floor efficiency by managing operational support roles such as Cashiers, Wrappers, and Runners.
  • Optimize staff schedules to align with customer traffic and operational demands.
  • Manage stockroom operations, including deliveries, dispatches, and inventory management.
  • Assist in overseeing asset and profit protection to enhance service delivery and minimize loss.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation and maintain high standards of store housekeeping.
  • Drive digital strategy engagement among employees and leverage new technology initiatives.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop store operational support staff, fostering a coaching environment.
  • Communicate company messages effectively and embody the brand's core values as a Brand Ambassador.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar operational management role within the luxury retail sector.
