Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison between Design and Technical teams for transforming creative ideas into patterns and prototypes for women's handbags.
  • Coordinate and oversee all phases of pattern making and prototyping, ensuring technical feasibility without compromising aesthetics.
  • Facilitate communication and problem-solving between creative and technical teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in pattern making and prototyping of handbags.
  • Deep knowledge of leather goods manufacturing processes.
  • Leadership and team development abilities.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English.
