Role & Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Manage reservations through phone, online platforms, and walk-ins.
- Maintain an accurate waitlist and provide wait time estimates to guests.
- Professionally answer phone calls and address customer inquiries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation systems and compiling daily reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, with a preference for luxury settings.
- Fluency in both English and Italian.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to be spontaneous, genuine, discreet, and professional.
- Flexibility in working hours.
- Proficiency in team collaboration.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment and manage multiple priorities.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of one year in the tourism and hospitality industry, with a strong preference for experience in luxury contexts.
