Role & Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
  • Manage reservations through phone, online platforms, and walk-ins.
  • Maintain an accurate waitlist and provide wait time estimates to guests.
  • Professionally answer phone calls and address customer inquiries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation systems and compiling daily reports.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, with a preference for luxury settings.
  • Fluency in both English and Italian.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to be spontaneous, genuine, discreet, and professional.
  • Flexibility in working hours.
  • Proficiency in team collaboration.
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment and manage multiple priorities.
