Role & Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
  • Manage reservations through phone, online platforms, and walk-in guests.
  • Maintain an accurate waitlist and provide estimated wait times.
  • Professionally handle phone inquiries and customer questions.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation systems and compiling daily reports.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, with a preference for luxury sector experience.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to be spontaneous and genuine while maintaining discretion and professionalism. Flexibility in working hours. Strong team-working abilities. Capacity to work in a fast-paced, luxury environment and manage multiple priorities.

Experience
