Role & Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Manage reservations through phone, online platforms, and walk-in guests.
- Maintain an accurate waitlist and provide estimated wait times.
- Professionally handle phone inquiries and customer questions.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation systems and compiling daily reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, with a preference for luxury sector experience.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
