Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial management, planning, and budgeting, ensuring effective disbursement and expenditure monitoring.
  • Strengthen internal controls and produce regular financial reports and analysis for management.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects, including evaluating new business opportunities.
  • Prepare, present, and explain all financial information, partnering with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Analyze financial trends and key performance indicators, including revenues, operating expenses, and cash flow.
  • Prepare annual budgets and budget revisions, as well as reporting packages and executive presentations.
  • Collaborate with Retail, Store Planning, and Legal Departments on new commercial projects, providing financial simulations and insights.
  • Review contracts with business partners and oversee negotiations and contract definitions.
  • Support decision-making for staffing in stores and analyze personnel cost variances.
  • Oversee inventory control, including price changes, stock takes, and cycle counts.
  • Coordinate materials and feedback for internal and external audits.
  • Develop and mentor the finance and warehouse team.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Finance Senior Manager or Controller, preferably in a multinational retail company.
  • Strong financial analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with intermediate Excel skills required.
  • Proficiency in Hyperion is a plus.
