Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the regional Visual Merchandising team to ensure brand-right executions across boutiques and shop-in-shops, aligning with corporate and global VM standards.
  • Act as a liaison between retail operations, corporate visual, and regional leadership to drive alignment on seasonal strategies and localized execution opportunities.
  • Oversee regional travel and scheduling to optimize resource allocation and adhere to financial guidelines.
  • Ensure consistency and commercial impact across all stores by adapting global directives to local market opportunities.
  • Oversee window installations, in-store displays, and event merchandising to maintain creative excellence and business relevance.
  • Collaborate with corporate VM and Global teams to provide regional insights and share best practices.
  • Coach and develop the regional VM team to uphold brand standards and foster creative innovation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to ensure alignment on product launches and campaign activations.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably within luxury retail or fashion.
  • Proven experience in multi-store management, including diverse market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated leadership in developing high-performing teams.

Skills

Strong business acumen with budget management and ROI assessment capabilities. Exceptional communication skills for engaging with global stakeholders and regional teams. Strong organizational skills to balance creative execution with commercial objectives. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and visual presentation tools. Flexibility to travel extensively and work non-traditional hours.

Experience

A minimum of 8–10 years in Visual Merchandising, with a focus on luxury retail or fashion and multi-store management.
