Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all store operations functions ensuring systems, processes, and policies guarantee efficient operations with a focus on client experience.
  • Collaborate with markets and worldwide management to ensure operational consistency across retail channels.
  • Improve store performance through comprehensive knowledge and assessment of the field, collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  • Support the VP of Retail Excellence in leading regional and worldwide initiatives to drive sales and improve productivity.
  • Lead and develop regional teams to achieve department and company objectives.
  • Conduct market visits to support and provide feedback to Regional Managers on operational processes and compliance.
  • Implement efficient reporting for KPIs related to operation productivity, client KPIs, and inventory control.
  • Assess, analyze, and implement retail projects to improve store efficiencies and client experience.
  • Support budget creation and forecast operating expense plans in collaboration with regional teams.
  • Ensure innovative tools and business applications are developed and implemented effectively.
  • Collaborate with digital teams to ensure seamless omni-channel project execution.
  • Lead the enhancement of operational user guides and training programs.
  • Partner with Store Planning and Regional Managers for new store openings and renovations.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in store management, ideally in a regional capacity.
  • Proven experience in managing teams to drive results.
  • Track record of developing and achieving successful sales, clienteling, and operational activities.
  • Ability to promote and implement ideas successfully.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
  • Experience with retail function teams such as Financial, Store Planning, Merchandising, Logistics, and more.

Experience
