Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide insight-driven analysis to support the growth and optimization of Gucci's omnichannel services.
  • Collaborate with Retail, Client Services, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to increase omnichannel adoption.
  • Enhance data reporting by automating workflows and streamlining processes to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Leverage client behavior data to improve the digital client journey, including checkout experience and personalization services.
  • Manage and support digital and omnichannel initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring on-time and effective implementation.
  • Support ad hoc data analysis requests and manage digital projects and omnichannel initiatives as needed.
  • Define the regional vision and priorities for Digital Services in collaboration with the Director of Digital Services & Operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Operations, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or related consumer-facing environments.
  • Work authorization in the United States.

Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data visualization. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Project management experience in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Solutions- and results-oriented mindset. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across teams. High attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness. Highly organized and self-directed.

Experience

3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or related consumer-facing environments, preferably within the luxury digital, finance, or consulting sectors.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Operations, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
