Role & Responsibilities

  • Collect, compile, and manage regional communications reports, including print and social media coverage.
  • Handle Public Relations sample merchandise and manage loan requests from the region.
  • Arrange shipments for Public Relations sample merchandise in preparation for activities and events.
  • Support the Client Engagement team with the management of gifts, stock, shipments, and client events as needed.
  • Assist the Communications team in organizing and executing Public Relations events.
  • Perform various ad hoc activities to support both Communications and Client Engagement teams.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in an undergraduate program in Marketing or Communications.
  • Previous experience with other fashion houses is preferred.

Skills

Strong team player with excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while handling multiple tasks. High flexibility and adaptability to different challenges. Good communication and navigation skills. In tune with current luxury experiences.

Experience

Previous experience with other fashion houses is preferred.

Education

Undergraduate in a Marketing or Communications discipline.
