Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure optimal and timely delivery of food and beverages, providing a fast yet professional service.
  • Accurately and promptly prepare mise en place with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Oversee the daily preparation and maintenance of the dining area, ensuring it is timely and accurately set up, and provide additional operational support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, with a preference for experience in luxury settings.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
  • Professional appearance and grooming.
