Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Chefs de Partie in daily kitchen preparation and maintenance, providing additional operational support as needed.
  • Oversee the conservation and storage of kitchen products.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, specifically within the kitchen sector.
  • Fluency in English or Italian.
  • Professional appearance and well-maintained grooming standards.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Familiarity with standard kitchen operating procedures. Knowledge of current basic regulations and main safety standards. Proficiency in using kitchen machinery and food preservation techniques.

Experience
