Role & Responsibilities

  • Inspire and coach store teams in Spain and Portugal to develop a client-oriented mindset, ensuring the execution of clientelling activities.
  • Support daily in-store clientelling activities to enhance customer engagement, sales, and retention.
  • Communicate with the Southern European Hub to align with guidelines and provide feedback on strategies.
  • Translate global guidelines into localized client animation plans to support client acquisition, upselling, and retention.
  • Foster relationships with top-tier clients and enhance market leadership among high-end individuals.
  • Ensure the implementation of tools and action plans from the Global and Regional Client Engagement Team.
  • Maintain data reliability collected in stores.
  • Collaborate with Retail, Communications, PR, and Merchandising to strategically plan actions for growth and improved customer experience.
  • Propose and execute market-relevant clientelling activities to engage local clients.
  • Act as a clientelling reference for Store Directors and Managers.
  • Support and attend local in-store events and gatherings.
  • Manage and allocate the clientelling budget, ensuring accurate monthly expenditure reporting.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English
  • 2-3 years of experience in similar roles within luxury fashion brands
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Experience
