Client Advisor
Gucci is hiring a Client Advisor in Yongin, South Korea — represent the brand in-store, deliver luxury client service and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the full selling ceremony from welcome to sale completion, consistently achieving store and individual sales targets.
- Convey Gucci’s brand heritage and product story to create memorable, brand-aligned customer experiences.
- Proactively manage client relationships through clienteling activities and the company CRM to drive retention, prospecting, cross-selling and upselling.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and perform qualitative monitoring and updates in the CRM to support business development.
- Adapt product and trend conversations to clients’ personal styles to build trust and long-term loyalty.
- Execute visual merchandising and product presentation according to Gucci visual guidelines.
- Maintain stock levels on the sales floor and in the backroom in line with company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to Gucci grooming and brand standards, and follow all store policies and operational procedures.
- Operate collaboratively within the team to support a fast-paced retail environment and deliver consistent service.

- Foreign language ability is an advantage.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or customer-facing experience is preferred, ideally within luxury fashion or high-end retail. Candidates with at least 1 year of sales or service experience will be favoured.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary training in retail, fashion or related fields preferred.
