Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating extensive product knowledge.
  • Drive and exceed individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
  • Capture and utilize meaningful customer data for relationship building and client development.
  • Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
  • Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain store security standards for the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
  • Uphold visual display standards in accordance with Gucci's guidelines.
  • Maintain a neat and organized stock room.
  • Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or similar customer service role.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team-focused with a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different customers and work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience
