Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, and assisting clients to exceed their needs, while demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products and heritage.
- Advise customers on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
- Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships, accommodating diverse nationalities and personalities, ensuring customer comfort.
- Monitor and update customer information using company CRM tools to retain existing clients and identify new high-potential customers.
- Facilitate cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
- Achieve individual and store sales goals, contributing to business growth.
- Promote open communication with team members, demonstrating collaboration and proposing effective solutions.
- Assist in managing product visual displays in line with Gucci's visual standards.
- Ensure product replenishment and conduct physical inventory of merchandise.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in face-to-face customer service, particularly in fashion or retail.
