Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve or surpass individual and store sales targets on a monthly and seasonal basis.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
  • Capture and manage customer data using CRM tools to foster client relationships and personalize future interactions.
  • Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
  • Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, showcasing a passion for fashion.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
  • Uphold store security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
  • Contribute to the visual display of products in line with Gucci's visual standards.
  • Maintain organized stock and understock areas.
  • Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to diverse customer needs.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
