Role & Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with clients to establish strong relationships and provide best-in-class service both in-store and remotely.
- Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences to foster brand loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Develop and expand the client base by recruiting new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
- Utilize in-store technology to enhance the client experience and ensure smooth transactions.
- Collect and analyze client information to tailor services and enhance client satisfaction.
- Drive sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities.
- Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create additional selling opportunities.
- Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective to ensure consistent client experiences across all transactions.
- Engage clients with expert product knowledge and styling advice to assist in informed purchasing decisions.
- Participate actively in store operations, including stock maintenance and inventory management.
- Adhere to company policies with a focus on loss prevention and operational excellence.
- Contribute to the visual display of products in accordance with Gucci's standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
- High degree of professionalism, ethics, and integrity.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Deep passion for fashion and luxury with excellent commercial awareness.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years in luxury fashion sales or a related customer service role, with a proven ability to exceed sales targets and build client relationships.
