Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with Gucci's sales process.
  • Deliver a unique service experience through greeting, listening, and exceeding customer needs with outstanding product knowledge.
  • Ensure cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
  • Engage with customers on fashion trends and luxury market developments, demonstrating passion for fashion and luxury goods.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring comfort regardless of nationality or personality.
  • Maintain and update customer data to support client retention and development of potential new clients.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets, contributing to store operations improvement.
  • Communicate openly and constructively with the team, fostering collaboration and effective problem-solving.
  • Maintain product displays in accordance with Gucci's visual merchandising standards.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, product presentation, and brand image maintenance.
  • Manage inventory accurately and safely, ensuring stock integrity and security.
  • Adhere to Gucci's dress code and grooming standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer service role.
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends and luxury market dynamics.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Skills

Experience
