Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed commercial sales targets and KPIs, including Clienteling KPIs, Sales Per Transaction (SPT), Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Unit Retail (AUR), Cross Selling, and Conversion.
  • Develop and maintain a robust clientele through active engagement and exceptional service.
  • Provide personalized client service, adhering to Gucci Service Standards, and anticipate client needs.
  • Follow up on client inquiries and requests, including after-sales services.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure alignment with Worldwide Visual Guidelines.
  • Engage in continuous learning to maintain product knowledge and stay updated on best sellers and new arrivals.
  • Assist with cashiering, administrative duties, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies and report incidents as required.
  • Utilize company tools and platforms effectively and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a high-volume retail or luxury environment.
  • Customer service-oriented with a focus on sales and exceeding KPIs.
  • Ability to work dynamically in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • High attention to detail and a professional work ethic.

Skills

Proficiency in technology and willingness to learn new technologies. Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Experience

Experience in a high-volume retail or service-based industry, preferably within the luxury sector.
