Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and team KPIs, including sales targets and client outreach metrics.
  • Engage with clients to build long-term relationships and cultivate brand loyalty.
  • Participate in product knowledge and sales training sessions.
  • Support the back of house team with inventory management and stock processes.

Qualifications

  • Full availability from Monday to Sunday.
  • Previous experience in luxury retail is advantageous.
