Role & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and expand a high-value clientele through proactive outreach, personalized service and regular follow-up communications.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying Gucci’s vision and aesthetic to foster long‑term client loyalty and advocacy.
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets through consultative selling and expert product recommendations.
  • Manage client enquiries and after-sales service independently, ensuring timely resolution and outstanding client experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across categories and proactively learn about best sellers and new arrivals.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure store displays align with global VM guidelines and local standards.
  • Perform daily store operations including cashiering, daily settlement, stock receiving, packing and adherence to in‑store SOPs.
  • Support inventory control activities: conduct category scans, assist with cycle counts, replenish display merchandise as required.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team and execute other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of client-facing experience in retail or the service industry; experience in luxury fashion strongly preferred.
  • Proven sales orientation with a demonstrable track record in meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Customer-service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Independent decision‑maker with sound judgment and problem‑solving ability.
  • Curious, commercially aware and motivated to develop deep product knowledge and a career in luxury retail.

Experience
