Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and act as a brand ambassador to strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Execute Gucci’s selling ceremony across the entire client journey to meet store and individual sales targets.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and brand heritage to elevate the customer experience beyond expectations.
  • Manage client relationships through proactive clienteling: identify needs, maintain CRM records and update client information qualitatively.
  • Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling recommendations tailored to client profiles.
  • Curate and maintain visual merchandising in accordance with Gucci visual guidelines.
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels on floor and in storage following company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to Gucci grooming and presentation standards and uphold the brand’s ethical and professional guidelines.

Experience
