Gucci is hiring a Client Advisor in Seoul to deliver exceptional luxury retail service, clienteling and drive sales in the boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador, delivering Gucci’s selling ceremony from greeting to close and communicating the house’s philosophy and heritage to clients.
  • Deliver exceptional personalised service by demonstrating deep product knowledge and anticipating client needs to exceed expectations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships through clienteling and CRM: identify client preferences, update records and proactively engage to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Increase sales through targeted cross-selling and upselling while consistently achieving personal and store targets.
  • Curate and maintain visual merchandising in accordance with Gucci visual guidelines to preserve the boutique environment.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and housekeeping for sales floor and back stock, following company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to Gucci grooming and presentation standards and contribute positively to team dynamics in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Foreign language ability is an advantage.

Experience
