Gucci is hiring a Client Advisor in Seoul — deliver luxury client service, drive sales and clienteling in a retail store.

Role & Responsibilities
- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony from welcome to transaction close to achieve store and individual sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional client service underpinned by deep product knowledge of Gucci’s history, heritage and collections.
- Conduct clienteling activities to identify customer needs and increase sales through targeted cross-selling and upselling.
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships by engaging customers on fashion trends and luxury market insights.
- Maintain and update client records in the company CRM to support retention and prospecting activities.
- Implement Gucci visual merchandising guidelines and ensure displays consistently reflect brand standards.
- Manage floor and stockroom inventory levels according to company procedures and support store housekeeping.
- Adhere to Gucci grooming and brand presentation standards at all times.

Experience
Previous customer-facing experience in retail or luxury environments is preferred; demonstrable track record in sales, clienteling or visual standards is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or related disciplines preferred.
