Gucci is hiring a Client Advisor in Seoul — deliver luxury client service, drive sales and clienteling in a retail store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute Gucci's selling ceremony from welcome to transaction close to achieve store and individual sales targets.
  • Deliver exceptional client service underpinned by deep product knowledge of Gucci’s history, heritage and collections.
  • Conduct clienteling activities to identify customer needs and increase sales through targeted cross-selling and upselling.
  • Build and sustain long-term client relationships by engaging customers on fashion trends and luxury market insights.
  • Maintain and update client records in the company CRM to support retention and prospecting activities.
  • Implement Gucci visual merchandising guidelines and ensure displays consistently reflect brand standards.
  • Manage floor and stockroom inventory levels according to company procedures and support store housekeeping.
  • Adhere to Gucci grooming and brand presentation standards at all times.

  • Foreign language ability is an advantage.
