Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service experiences by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and product offerings.
  • Enhance sales through clienteling activities, identifying customer needs, and proposing cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury goods, engaging with clients about trends and the luxury market.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships by accommodating diverse styles and ensuring client comfort.
  • Monitor and update client information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and discover new potential clients.
  • Manage visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse following company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
