Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive product knowledge of Gucci's history and heritage.
  • Enhance sales through clienteling activities, identifying customer needs, and proposing cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights to customers, building rapport and strengthening customer relationships.
  • Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify new potential clients.
  • Manage visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
  • Maintain stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse according to company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
