Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve store and personal sales targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by showcasing extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products.
  • Engage in clienteling activities to understand customer needs, proposing cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase sales.
  • Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury goods, communicating trends and market insights to clients.
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships by adapting to diverse client styles and ensuring comfort.
  • Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new ones.
  • Manage visual displays in accordance with Gucci's guidelines.
  • Maintain stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse following company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
