Role & Responsibilities
- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by showcasing extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and product offerings.
- Identify customer needs through clienteling activities and propose cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to enhance sales.
- Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury goods, engaging customers in conversations about fashion trends and the luxury market.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships by adapting to diverse customer styles and ensuring comfort.
- Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify new prospects.
- Manage product visual displays in accordance with Gucci's visual guidelines.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse following company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and the luxury market.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse clientele.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer service role is required.
Education
A degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
