Role & Responsibilities
- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding customer needs through extensive knowledge of Gucci's history and products.
- Enhance sales through clienteling activities, identifying customer needs, and proposing cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Engage with customers about fashion trends and the luxury market to build and strengthen customer relationships.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new clients.
- Manage visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse following company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
