Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products, exceeding customer expectations.
  • Enhance sales through clienteling activities, identifying customer needs, and proposing cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
  • Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights to customers, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury goods.
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships by adapting to diverse customer styles and ensuring customer comfort.
  • Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing customers and identify potential new clients.
  • Manage visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
  • Maintain stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
