Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products, exceeding customer expectations.
  • Identify customer needs through clienteling activities and propose cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase sales.
  • Communicate with clients about fashion trends and the luxury market, demonstrating a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships by adapting to diverse client styles and ensuring client comfort.
  • Monitor and update client information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify new potential clients.
  • Manage product visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels in the warehouse and on the sales floor following company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
