Role & Responsibilities
- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and product offerings.
- Identify customer needs through clienteling activities and propose cross-selling and upselling opportunities to increase sales.
- Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights to customers, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships by adapting to diverse customer styles and maintaining a comfortable shopping environment.
- Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify new prospects.
- Manage visual displays according to Gucci's guidelines and maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse.
- Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and company policies.
