Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and individual sales targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and product offerings.
  • Enhance sales through clienteling activities, identifying customer needs, and proposing cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Communicate with customers about fashion trends and the luxury market, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships by adapting to diverse customer styles and ensuring customer comfort.
  • Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new customers.
  • Manage product visual displays in accordance with Gucci's visual guidelines.
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse following company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
