Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve store and personal sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products.
  • Identify customer needs through clienteling and propose cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase sales.
  • Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights to customers, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury goods.
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships by adapting to diverse customer styles and ensuring customer comfort.
  • Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing customers and identify new prospects.
  • Manage visual displays in accordance with Gucci's visual guidelines.
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse following company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
