Role & Responsibilities
- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products.
- Engage in clienteling activities to understand customer needs and propose cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights to customers, building and strengthening client relationships.
- Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new ones.
- Manage product visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
- Maintain stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse in accordance with company policies.
- Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and company policies.
