Role & Responsibilities
- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and individual sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by showcasing extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and product offerings.
- Engage in clienteling activities to understand customer needs and propose cross-selling and upselling opportunities to boost sales.
- Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury goods, communicating effectively with clients about fashion trends and the luxury market.
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients by tailoring experiences to diverse customer styles and ensuring comfort.
- Monitor and update client information in accordance with company CRM systems to retain existing clients and identify potential new ones.
- Manage visual displays in accordance with Gucci's visual guidelines.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse following company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
