Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and individual sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by showcasing extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and product offerings.
  • Engage in clienteling activities to understand customer needs and propose cross-selling and upselling opportunities to boost sales.
  • Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury goods, communicating effectively with clients about fashion trends and the luxury market.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with clients by tailoring experiences to diverse customer styles and ensuring comfort.
  • Monitor and update client information in accordance with company CRM systems to retain existing clients and identify potential new ones.
  • Manage visual displays in accordance with Gucci's visual guidelines.
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse following company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
