Role & Responsibilities

• Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve store and personal sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive product knowledge and surpassing customer needs.
• Enhance sales through clienteling activities, cross-selling, and upselling strategies.
• Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights to clients, building and strengthening customer relationships.
• Monitor and update client information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify new prospects.
• Manage visual displays according to Gucci's guidelines and maintain inventory levels in compliance with company policies.
• Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and company policies.
