Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products, exceeding customer expectations.
  • Utilize clienteling to understand customer needs, proposing cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to enhance sales.
  • Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights passionately with clients, building and strengthening customer relationships.
  • Ensure customer comfort and tailor interactions to diverse client styles, maintaining and expanding the customer base through qualitative CRM updates.
  • Manage product visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
  • Maintain stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
