Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve store and individual sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive product knowledge and understanding of Gucci's history and heritage.
  • Identify customer needs through clienteling activities and propose cross-selling and upselling to increase sales.
  • Engage with customers about fashion trends and the luxury market, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships by adapting to diverse customer styles and ensuring comfort.
  • Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new clients.
  • Manage visual displays of products in accordance with Gucci's visual guidelines.
  • Maintain inventory levels on the floor and in the stockroom according to company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and company policies.
