Role & Responsibilities
- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve store and individual sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history and products.
- Engage in clienteling activities to understand customer needs and propose cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights with passion to build and strengthen customer relationships.
- Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new ones.
- Manage visual displays according to Gucci's guidelines and maintain inventory levels on the floor and in the stockroom.
- Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and company policies.
