Role & Responsibilities
- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve store and individual sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client needs through extensive product knowledge and understanding of Gucci's heritage.
- Engage in clienteling activities to identify customer needs and propose cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase sales.
- Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury goods, communicating trends and market insights to clients.
- Build and strengthen client relationships by adapting to diverse customer styles and ensuring comfort.
- Monitor and update client information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new clients.
- Manage visual displays according to Gucci's guidelines and maintain inventory levels on the floor and in the stockroom as per company policies.
- Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and company policies.
