Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve store and personal sales targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products.
  • Engage in clienteling activities to understand customer needs and propose cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights to customers, building and strengthening client relationships.
  • Maintain and update client information in the CRM system to retain existing customers and identify potential new clients.
  • Manage visual displays in accordance with Gucci's visual guidelines.
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse following company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
